Along with this item, I purchased several items from CROC (including the Premium Infrared flat iron & the Tu'kay blow dryer). Both the flat iron and blow dryer DIDN'T WORK, as if CROC was selling & trying to get rid of products that customers had returned before & during the pandemic : ( Fortunately, this flat iron (the least expensive of the products purchased) actually did work because it was a gift given to my beautician. I shouldn't have to wish & pray though that these products work. I've previously heard great things about CROC but I was totally disappointed with the quality of the products sent to me.

About 10 years ago, at the Premiere Show in Orlando, I put my name in a raffle and won the Croc Designer flat iron! It by far has been the best flat iron I've ever used and it still is the best to this day. A few months back the flat iron that I won years ago, ended up with a short and so it won't stay on. It lasted a decade before having any issues with it. I looked for the same one and was so happy when I found it.

In August 2010 I bought an earlier model for myself and have used it in a salon and at home since, it’s so versatile I can curl straighten, works on all hair types, can get close to the scalp of very textured hair well. safely, and get a good bend or curl on fine hair that won’t flatten out later! It’s my go to but it cracked along the side from a decades use and so I bought this pretty green one for work, it works just as well, maybe a touch better since it so new! (Hairstylist of 15 years)

Worst customer service. I requested a return/exchange via email and I received an automated response saying they would get back to me within 5 business days but you only have 14 days from purchase date to return. I did not receive a response within 5 days so I emailed again. Then they told me it was not eligible for return/exchange because this is on clearance. Oh and they also said we did respond which was only the automated response. ***** No where does it say this item is on clearance***** Make sure you want this item before committing to it.
