I have usted Croc for almost 8 years now. I decided to give a try to this model. In general I like how smoothly the plates run and the finishing on my hair. Is amazing!!! Leaves the hair shiny and with no frizz with hust one pass. The only thing I didnt like so much is the quality of the iron by itself. Buttons feel cheap and in general the iton feels cheap.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. My hair is extremely bleach damaged and this flat iron is helping restore the hair without breaking it. I do recommend going no higher than 400 degrees, for your max heat temp. Read the instructions, because if not careful you'll switch the temp from Fahrenheit to Celsius and think it's broken (it won't go over 230 C) I would say the "arm" of it needs to be more durable, as I can already feel plates loosening in my iron and I've had it less than 2 months. Be gentle with it. I've gone from throwing mine in with the other styling tools I have, to keeping it in a bag, in a drawer, separated. Overall though, I'm pleased. It's doing what I purchased it for and does so, without issue.

Yeah, it's pretty great. I'm impress with the diversity of the ipulse. I called in and their associate explained to me how unique this iron is, and I tried it myself. It's probably the most nifty tool in my salon now.

My favorite flat iron, the original croc infrared, finally gave out on me. I tried 5 different flat irons that had amazing reviews. Not a single one came close in comparison. Croc products are expensive, but IT'S ENTIRELY WORTH IT! I was a little nervous trying out the Pulse II, but it's greatly exceeded my expectations. Less than a week of using it, and my hair felt and looked healthier, smoother, and didn't get the oily look. I love this flat iron, and I will recommend it to everyone!

This iron should be causing a hair revolution, I literally don't know why more people aren't talking about this iron. It LITERALLY saves you from buying two tools. It's a treatment iron (low temp + ions) AND a styling iron!! (high temp + pulse) ...It's genius. I'm so happy with my purchase. It's fairly easy to clean too which is nice, I was told the plates are non-stick and I've yet to have trouble.

Still loving my iron even though it's a little dirty now, I try to keep it clean by wiping it with a q-tip and dry cloth. I love that it's non-stick, and HAS in-fact helped my hair. I am really impressed. If only it self-cleaned lol. It seems like my color lasts longer, so I'm happy.

I love it, it feels lighter than my old classic. I like that I don't need to buy a second iron for my settings my dyes. I can definitely feel how soft my hair is using the ion generator for a little over 2 weeks. Very happy with my purchase! I like how I can hold down the temperature dial and it deescaltes or escalates without pressing the button over and over, took me a minute to figure that out.
