I'm very happy with the purchase. I had received the recommendation from my hair dresser. It was reasonably priced compared to competitors and I'm very happy with the quality performance. I have thick hair with uneven waves but this iron smooths it easily at 380 degrees and does not seem to damage my hair. The design is very functional too

I love love love my new croc flatiron! It gets my flip-out and leaves my hair so smooth. No pulling or tearing and no need for extra passes. I love the heat adjustment feature as well as auto-shut off. I use it for beach-wave curls too and it works amazingly for both styles. I am super pleased.

Does what a straightener should do, well made and heats fast but gives me terrible static especially if I try to straighten air dried hair which is really annoying. Definitely upgrade to the infrared if you have hair or clients prone to static

Most I’ve ever spent on flat iron but I have thick coarse grey hair. This iron got hot very fast and the 1.5” floating plates really did work well. Just hope it last long. I paid 155 with tax
