Premium IC (Intelligent Circuit) Blow Dryer - Black

So extremely sad and disappointed. My favorite Croc dryer of all time died after 6 years of faithful service. I bought this new one, and first- it gets nowhere near as hot as it's predecessor. Second, the most obvious flaw of all- why the heck would you relocate the buttons on the side!? Every other time I put it down it either changes the setting or turns off. So if you're right handed, and hold your dryer with your left hand, good luck with that. I wanted to return it, but I just don't have the time and bandwidth to get another box, process and take time from work to go return so I just gave it to my 12 year old son who has minimal need for a dryer at this price range. So bummed.

Do not like the on/off switch. Takes time to shut off. Does not heat as well as your hybrid.

It’s lite weight which I love since I have shoulder issue. Heats up really good and my hair feels smooth.

I bought the croc flatiron and discovered it was one of the best flat irons I’ve ever owned and trust me I’ve tried many more expensive brands. My hair comes out extremely smooth and healthy looking. I decided to get the matching blow dryer and I am just as pleased with the blow dryer as I am with the flatiron. Until I got the flatiron I had never heard of this brand but I will be sticking with croc for a long time to come.

I love how quickly this dryer dries my hair. It still is shiny and smooth - no frizz. Very happy!

I bought this for personal use after my hairdresser said she loved the brand. I had purchased another brand dryer on another person's recommendations only to find it had way too much power and heat and no middle setting. I love this one and my hair comes out so nice. The other dryer left my hair frazzled. It took a little getting used to as it's so long and I have to hold the dryer farther away from my head but I will definitely buy another if the need ever arises.

I have had this dryer for less than a year and it started losing power in the middle of a blow out. My coworker even commented on the it, she said it sounded like a plane losing power as it’s going down. I borrowed my boss’s Dyson that she’s had for three years and just bought one for myself.

I was happy with it while it lasted as well, not my favorite dryer but up there. Unfortunately just died in the middle of a blowdry 3 months after warranty ended! Really unfortunate for a professional product. Will not be buying again

I had originally purchased the Croc Ice Digital dryer & it stopped on me so I sent in under warranty. They said they were sending me an updated version which I did receive and used for less than 5 months. By this time my warranty was expired, and I took a chance & sent it back to them with all of the details from the original service. They responded to me to let me know that I had been sent the wrong model back & that they would be sending me this Premium IC since they longer had my model available. Have received and am a very happy customer. I felt like they took care of me! Great job Croc!

The dryer lasted maybe 5 months, but in the middle of a blowout on a client it died on me. Sometimes it'll turn on, but I don't have time for guessing. It was worth it while it lasted, I did like the lightweight part about the dryer too.

I love the power, weight, and quietness of this blowdryer. It's very comfortable to hold which is great considering I use it almost everyday. BUT I've had this for about a year and a half and it now doesn't get hot. The same thing happened to me coworker about 6 months ago and we bought them together. I'm extremely disappointed in the life of the blowdryer, especially for the price of it.

From my point of view, this is a great dryer, I use it every day, no issues. It maintains a consistent heat and flow. I love the control I have while styling, and my wrists hurt less because of how light it is!

Because it's so quiet it can be hard to tell if it's actually super powerful, but it DOES eliminate all frizz and I noticeably see it dryer faster compared to my bioionic 10x --- overall impressed. It's just weird that it's SO quiet. Wow.üòã

This blow dryer is simply fantastic. Light, quiet, comfortable. It's amazing that it's fully digital, it when you hit the off button it shuts down like a computer would (if that makes sense). I feel safe that it's under warranty too, that's why I bought it through here instead.

I bought this dryer a little over a year ago, and today I just bought a silicone diffuser for it. I have yet to find another blow dryer that does what this dryer can do. It's really high quality. It's easy to clean the filter too which is nice. The customer service was really great and walked me through steps to ensure my dryer lasts beyond its year, and even informed me about their 5 year warranty which is great because I'm sure I'll drop it at some point. LOL Thank you croc!!!

I bought this blow dryer a year ago and absolutely fell in love! It unfortunately only lasted 13 months. I do not think that the quality of the product is worth $200.00. I do like the fact that the company stands behind the their products and offers a 50% off to replace it when it is over warrenty. I recently purchased the smoothing nozzle and I and the defuser attachment that only fit the their products. If it were not for that I would not purchase this blow dryer again. I think it is only worth 100.00. I just cant afford a new blow dryer every year. Its a pain in the butt to have to pay for shipping and have to use a back up for three weeks. Id rather get a product that last six years. I tried to contact customer service several times by phone and email and I have not received a return phone call or email.

My hair took forever to blow out, but I was told this dryer was a professional grade, it's really cool! It's much faster than other dryers I've used, and it doesn't use a lot of energy! Very happy with the over all results of my style and the dryer.

It's hard to know what's actually good when you're online shopping, but the reviews are right, it's a super light dryer! It's really powerful... It cut my dryer time down and it even allows me to do my blowout at home. I really love it, and my hair feels extremely soft.

This dryer is super easy to use, and by that I mean it is exceptionally light and dries instantly. It's unlike my previous GHD, I am anticipating many actual "Good Hair Days". I can just blowout at home now.

I have had this dryer for about 5 years and absolutely love it! It is so light weight and the it is very quiet. the speeds on it are so great, you have so many more options. I like that all the settings are up top and not were my hands are so i'm not shutting it off all the time. So worth the money!

It is, hands down, the quietest and lightest blow dryer I've ever used. The heat and airflow was consistent, and my hair feels amazing. It also dried my hair noticeably quicker than blow dryers I've used in the past even though the air does not feel like it's coming out extremely hard or overly hot (I have medium thick hair, but it's long--about halfway down my back.) I was hesitant about spending $200 on a blow dryer, but after the first use, I don't regret it one bit!
