I am a stylist and have loved and used this product for over 12 years. Replacing when needed or just wanted to try a different updated version. However this time when I purchased the flat iron when using it there is a pull, feels like it is ripping the ends of my hair, just a little section, like it's a defective product. I need to call customer service to see what they can do.

I really love these flatirons but unfortunately I’ve bout 2 pairs and both just stop working within 60 days . I’ve turned them on and come back from shampooing and they would be off and haven’t turned back on and the sad part it’s a loss for me twice cause I didn’t fill out the paper in the box so I don’t recommend them for Stylist in a salon they don’t last or may have a defect same pair 2 times

This is my fourth one from this company. I’ve never found a better one. Smooths, straightens easily, and it’s fast. My only complaint about this one at the moment is a high pitched noise coming from it. It’s really annoying being so close to my ears at times.
The first one I had of these lasted years. Every one after worked for about a year so keep that in mind when looking at the price. They do have some warranty program, but it requires you to mail it to them where you have to live without one for a month. I just think the qualify is not as good, but it’s still the best option.

I have a lot of hair and live in an area with a lot of humidity so I’ve had my fair share of tools. My friend had one and after the first use I had to get my own. My hair feels soft and it’s super straight. Have not observed any damage and I use it twice a week.

The one thing I don’t like is that the plates don’t touch each other when closed therefore the iron doesn’t grasp your hair.. not sure if this is a defect

I wouldn’t normally spend this much on a hair tool but since I was able to snag a discount code I jumped at the chance. I absolutely love this flat iron. It’s as smooth a “buttah” through my hair. No skipping and skidding at all. It straightens beautifully and makes great curls (now that I’ve finally mastered that technique). I used to hate my hair straight but I wear it like that more often. I love the extra long cord - don’t know how many times I’ve cursed the short cords of other hair tools. Thank you for truly a wonderful we’ll built hair tool!!
