Best hair straightener I've ever had. I bought my first croc hair straightener in 2014 and it had just broke after 10 years of regular use. It broke because I had dropped it repeatedly. It probably would have lasted much longer if I hadn't. We regularly hear that things aren't made the way they use to be, well, in this case, they are. I am loyal to this brand and hope that they never go out of business.

Absolutely love it. I have never found a straightener that is able to do what this one does! My hair is naturally sooooo crazy and extremely hard to straighten. Typically it takes me about 45 min to straighten my hair. With the croc, I can straighten my full head of hair in under 10 min and it’s silky smooth! I’m in love & have been recommending to everyone.

I have had 2 CROCs in the past -the last still operating after 10 years! I bought this new one as I needed a dual voltage for international travel. I briefly tried 2 other brands prior to getting this new one only because I needed one fast - but I returned both as I found I liked neither more than my CROC! Originally I wanted the blue Pico Croc flatiron, but settled for this one bc it was cheaper HOWEVER this one is great quality. Be careful when exceeding 400 degrees bc it gets realllyyy hot! If your doing small sections you should only need one pass, that’s what I love the most <3

These are the best flat irons that I've owned. They are so worth the purchase. I styled my hair as good or better than the salon. I also felt that I didn't have concern about heat damage with them. Additionally, I love the way that the handle is shaped. It's fits well in my hand and I don't need to apply pressure as I did with my previous flat iron to straighten my hair.

First I love my it! I had a croc straightener for several years, then tried a few other companies before returning. The infrared is a great addition, however after a few months one of the lights went out and slowly the lights have been going out ever since. After 1 year and 4 months of using the product I only have 3 lights that still work. That is the reason for the 1 star reduction. Other than that my hair is really shiny after using it, it doesn’t snag, and it is easy to curl my hair with it too.

However this time when I purchased the flat iron when using it there is a pull, feels like it is ripping the ends of my hair, just a little section, like it's a defective product. I need to call customer service to see what they can do.

I really love these flatirons but unfortunately I’ve bout 2 pairs and both just stop working within 60 days . I’ve turned them on and come back from shampooing and they would be off and haven’t turned back on and the sad part it’s a loss for me twice cause I didn’t fill out the paper in the box so I don’t recommend them for Stylist in a salon they don’t last or may have a defect same pair 2 times

This is my fourth one from this company. I’ve never found a better one. Smooths, straightens easily, and it’s fast. My only complaint about this one at the moment is a high pitched noise coming from it. It’s really annoying being so close to my ears at times.
The first one I had of these lasted years. Every one after worked for about a year so keep that in mind when looking at the price. They do have some warranty program, but it requires you to mail it to them where you have to live without one for a month. I just think the qualify is not as good, but it’s still the best option.
