Return & Refund Policy Terms
Free Returns Within 30 Days
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund for all orders in the contiguous U.S. States.
- Items must be returned in their new condition. This means no scratches, fully working, and in its original undamaged packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, which may include dropping the product, improperly bending the power cord etc.
- Entire gift sets must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Non-Contiguous States & Other U.S. Territories:
Qualify for the 30-day return window but the customer pays for shipping.
For Canada & Mexico Orders:
Qualify for the 30-day return window but the customer pays for shipping. Customers in Canada & Mexico are responsible for any VAT/Tax Import Duties as designated by their respective countries.
Exclusions:
- Products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Accessories are non-refundable.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers are ineligible for return; only items bought directly from crocofficial.com or authorized retailers can be returned.
- Incomplete gift sets will not be eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept returns outside of the 30 day period.

Processing Time
Processing takes 24-48 hours from the time we receive your request to final review and approval. You will be notified via email once your return is processed, with refunds being released within an additional 3-5 business days.
