The hair dryer is fine, its just too big. HOWEVER, the Custoner Service is AWFUL! I have emailed them 3 times in the last week asking for a return authorization and label. Their website states they will respond in 24-48 hours. It has been 7 days with zero response from them.
I do NOT recommend doing business with this company due to the Complete lack if response and my inability to return the item.

The blow dryer is light and has different speeds which I use. I've never had a dryer that had infrared as an addition. I have curler hair so I was looking for a defusser that went with my blow dryer. That has become a problem, trying to find one that fit and worked.

Definitely not worth the money for me ….hairstylist of 18 years, so I’ve used plenty. It doesn’t get that hot, and it’s pretty loud ….. it is lightweight, and blows hard, so I guess it just depends on what you’re looking for, but overall, I do not like it so I returned it. Great customer service though

Don’t know how to feel about it yet, so far it IS louder than my old BioTronic Dryer. Also, be AWARE that their warranty is NOT what they list it as! Website says there is a 12 year limited warranty, but when I registered for the warranty it says there is ONLY 1 year limited warranty and you have to purchase an additional extended warranty. Never would have purchased if that was the case.

digital one button on/off/coldshot/heat, remembers previous heat/speed settings, plus the 4 buttons on top for heat4/speed3/IR/onoff buttons, super lightweight puts out lotsa air when needed, ion, ceramic, heavy duty long cord with velcro cinch strap, the nozzle clips on, and brushless motor lasts long vrs brush dc motor, clicks all the buttons stands out from the rest, also high class box, will probable take out the velvet mold inside box and put in carry case to hold dryer. Pro hairstylist is real excited, never had anything like this in 30yrs of hairstyling.

This hair dryer is good only down fall is it’s a bit heavy and kind of loud . It does come with a 5 year warranty which is good . If it’s for personal use I’d recommend it but if it’s going to be used on a daily basis it might be to heavy .

The dryer was too big, heavy, and clunky. It also took longer to dry my hair than my old dryer. I ended up returning it. It would be better than drugstore hairdryers, but it is not on par with other professional dryers.

I guess I was expecting a little more from your dryer. It’s very hard to

This is hands-down THE best hairdryer I have ever used! The dryer does not get so hot that you can’t hold it, nor does it fry your hair or your scalp when using it. It leaves my hair so soft, silky and shiny, with zero frizz. I hardly even have to use my flat iron anymore. If you’re on-the-fence about this dryer, don’t delay!!

I have long hair which takes a long time to dry. My hair drys in half the time now and when I go use use my Croc flat iron after...my hair isn't tearing when I pull it through. It's a very powerful blow dryer. Very long cord as well.

Amazing hair dryer!! The versatility of all the settings, is very impressive! So much blowing power! Wow! Love the inferred setting and cold blast! The button on the handle is pretty sensitive, so while drying have to watch where you touch so you don’t knock the setting into another speed or cold blast. That part is annoying, but just a matter of getting used to it. Overall I am so impressed!

So I love allot of the features like the start and cool shot option being able to turn on dryer easily. However I feel like it's advertised incorrectl, it says it weight is 13 Oz online with a 1875-2200wattage. But when you get the box it actually is labeled at 1500 watts, and weighs 15oz wich is small. But the wattage was the entire reason I ordered this dryer. And now I feel like It's misleading. But I do really like it at the same time, so I'm conflicted

This blowdryer is VERY loud! It blowdries well and seems to speed up drying time at the salon but I can no longer talk with my clients during this process because the dryer is way too loud. It's unfortunate because most of my clients have a ton of hair so drying can be up to 20 minutes.
Doesn't burn the hair and leaves the hair shiny.

I was suppose to receive a flat iron along with the dryer… the flat iron was listed as an additional “gift” for purchasing the 2k2 blowdryer. I am overall pleased with blowdryer but a little saddened that I didn’t receive the flat iron to go along with the dryer as listed on the site

This is my second CROC purchase. First one I got 5 years ago was the CROC Classic True Silk Blow Dryer, which is still going strong! But I saw a sale for the infrared hair dryer that I couldn't pass up.
As much as I still love my True Silk hair dryer, the infrared one is certainly a step up. Afew steps up actually. It actually cut my dry time for my thick medium/long length hair almost in half. I was dry from freshly shampoo wet hair, in less than 20 minutes.
I love the quick switch between hot and cold, makes setting a wave so much easier.
The sound I think is less on medium but probably the same on high.
The heat control is amazing and I've had people ask me if I just got a blowout from a salon, they are gobsmacked when I tell them no it was just me with my round brush at home.
Its so good my friend even is looking into some of the other CROC dryers to get one for herself. :)

I’ve been using this for a little over a week now and I like it. Only thing is that I feel like it’s taking me longer to dry my clients.. BUT the hair feels freaking AMAZING. Like I can’t even explain how soft the hair feels after I’m done drying it. It’s also a little loud but that’s okay!
