This iron does not glide through my hair well at all. This was a replacement for the croc classic that I have had for years and I have never had this problem. I have tried different temperatures, cleaning the product, no product in my hair. It’s like the iron gets stuck and ends up burning my hair.

I purchased this straightener through Ulta and it was, truly, the most amazing straightener that I have ever used! However, when I was recently straightening my hair, one of the hot plates detached halfway and the straightener is unusable at this point. Before I was able to put the straightener down, something hot fell out of the product (something in between the hot plate and “handle”), fell down the back of my shirt and, subsequently, burned my back. In fact, I have a scar! Unfortunately, I forgot to submit the warranty and had purchased the product prior to Ulta’s record of purchase under my ultimate rewards account. I contacted the company and they offered me a replacement, at replacement cost plus shipping both ways or a new product at 50% off. Unfortunately, I did not receive even the slightest acknowledgement that the product burned me and was, instead, questioned as to whether or not I dropped the product (which I had not). Initially, i thought that this was amazing but now I am very disappointed.

This is my second Wet Dry Croc. My first one went out after 8 years of personal use (it had an error code out of nowhere). I have had every straightener from Chi to GHD....nothing came close to my beloved Croc. I was so glad to locate a Croc as the beauty wholesaler no longer carries them. In comes in CROCUSA, aka my hero! Seriously. I love love love my Croc. I am registering the warranty and hoping this one lasts longer than the other but so far it is amazing. I just love it. It heats quickly, evenly, and does not damage my summer bleach blonde hair. I gave it four stars only because I have not had it for more than one month, I look forward to trying other premium line straighteners as CrocUsa runs specials!

So I've had this flat iron for 3 years, I started having recent issues with the iron's display not lighting up anymore. I called croc, and their team was so helpful! I'm so thankful for the warranty. I was able to get my iron fixed, I sent it in and I got my iron back good as new in no time! Great styling tool, saves me sooooo much time. I hated living without this iron for even a week, it was brutal.
