I had reviewed all policies and looked for any “final sale” mentions when checking out - there were none - and yet the company won’t accept a return or even exchange. Watch out if you aren’t positive the product you order will work as expected!

This is the only curling iron that actually curls my hair and the curls stay in! I have long hair so the spinning handle helps to grab my hair for a perfect curl. I accidentally ordered a 1" barrell instead of the 1.25" so I contacted customer service and they were wonderful! They accomodated my request to exchange with no problems. I owned my first Croc for about 5 or 6 years so the expense is totally worth it.

Love this curling iron! It’s the perfect size. It takes a bit to get use to only because when your curling your hair the latch to hold the hail in place when curling doesn’t really hold it, it’s slips out but once you master that you should be fine. Other than that it’s a great curlier. I live in Illinois where it’s very humid and the curls still held up for a few days.

My photo isn’t a perfect example because I’m not wearing my hair super-curly today, but I love this curling iron. The design is brilliant! I wouldn’t have thought it mattered, a curling iron is a curling iron, right? NO no and NO! I have thrown away 10 or 15 curling irons in my life, never having used any of them more than a couple of times. I was always burning myself and never could get the results I wanted. This Croc iron is PERFECT! The spinning feature is great, but I don’t even need to use it much... again, something about the design❤️

This is a professional tool and I am definitely not a professional so there was a learning curve for me. Once I watched a few videos on using an iron that doesn't clamp, it was easy! I really like the quality of these tools - flat iron included - as they really don't pull. I also feel better knowing my hair isn't being further damaged by the harder clamps found on traditional irons. The design is also sleek - so far, so good!

I recently used this iron for a fashion show. Models had very long hair and the curls lasted several hours. I was very impressed with its performance and the designer wants to work with me again. I've since ditched other hot tools and now I only use Croc. Remember to press power button for few seconds to turn it on. I use the 1 inch iron the most.
