Every CROC tool ships from our United States facility. Orders are packed and tracked, and you'll have a tracking number by email the moment yours leaves us.

Free shipping over $49.99

Orders of $49.99 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. There's nothing else to it — no code to enter, no email signup, and it isn't limited to first orders.

Under $49.99, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery
Order placed before 10am PST, Mon–Fri Ships the same business day
Order placed after 10am PST Friday, or on a weekend Ships Monday
Order placed on a major holiday Ships the next business day

Standard delivery takes up to 7 business days once shipped. We ship with USPS and UPS inside the United States.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Addresses outside the United States, including Canada and Mexico
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories
  • Military bases (APO/FPO)

Tracking your order

Tracking information is emailed within 1–3 business days of shipment. If you're tracking a warranty replacement or repair, email us at info@crocofficial.com with your order number.

Cancellations

Email info@crocofficial.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled and shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands — CROC is not liable for carrier delays, loss in transit, or damage caused in transit. That said, we will help you chase it. Email info@crocofficial.com and we'll work the claim with you.

Undeliverable packages

If a package comes back to us undelivered — a wrong or incomplete address, or nobody available to receive it — we'll refund you in full. There's no restocking charge, and we cover the cost of the package coming back to us.

We'll email you when it reaches us so you can reorder to a corrected address if you'd like.
