Shipping Methods & Terms

• We use USPS, UPS for all orders within the United States.
• Free shipping on orders of $49.99 or more.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
• Tracking information is provided via email order notifications.
• Delivery can take up to 7 business days for free shipping.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or non-continental states i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
• Processing and delivery times may vary due to product availability.

Order Processing

• Orders cannot be canceled once fulfilled and shipped.
• Orders received by 10am PST Monday – Friday are processed the same day.
• Orders after 10am PST Friday or on weekends are processed the following Monday.
• Orders on major holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping

• All orders originate from the United States.
• We currently ship to the U.S., Canada.
• Orders to Canada can take up to 10 business days.
• We use DHL for all international orders to Canada.
• Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply to orders shipped to Canada.

Lost or Damaged Items

• CROC is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by the carrier.
• Contact sales@crocofficial.com for support on lost or damaged items.
