CROC Partner Program — Program Terms

Version 2026-11-03. Plain English. These are the terms you agree to when you apply at crocofficial.com/partners.

Who can join

US residents 18 and over. Licensed professionals may be asked to show a license. We approve or decline applications at our discretion, and we can end participation at any time; so can you.

Your code

Your code is personal and for your own audience. Don't post it on coupon or deal sites, don't run paid search ads on "CROC", don't make misleading claims, and don't use your own code for your own purchases.

The customer discount

The discount a customer gets with your code is set by CROC and can change with 14 days' notice. Codes don't combine with sale prices or other codes. When a customer uses your code on a sale-priced item, they pay the sale price — and you still earn commission on that order.

Your commission

You earn a percentage of the product price paid (after your code's discount, before tax and shipping), at the rate shown in your welcome email and your dashboard. Rates can change with 14 days' notice for future orders.

When you get paid

Commissions become payable 30 days after delivery, as long as the order was not refunded, returned or disputed. We pay monthly through Stripe when your balance is $25 or more; smaller balances roll over to the next month. Refunds, returns, chargebacks or warranty refunds reverse the commission on that order, including after it has been paid out — the amount comes off your next payout.

Abuse

Self-referrals, fake orders, coupon-site leaks, or repeated returns and chargebacks on your orders can mean a paused or ended participation and forfeited unpaid commission. We may withhold or reverse commissions while we look into suspected abuse.

Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. Stripe may issue a 1099 where required.

The brand

The brand is CROC. Use the logo image we supply, as supplied. Don't claim to be a CROC employee.

Your information

We keep the details you give us, the time you accepted these terms and the connection address we saw, to run the program and to detect abuse. We don't sell them. See our privacy policy.

Ending participation

Either side can end participation at any time. Valid commissions earned before that are still paid on the normal schedule.
