How it works

Step 1
Buy CROC Renew
Pay $59 here. Tell us which CROC tool you're sending and where you bought it. That's the whole order — nothing ships yet.
Step 2
Mail us your old tool
Mail your old tool to: CROC, 993 Bayberry Cove St, Henderson NV 89002. Write your order # on a note in the box. Any CROC flat iron, dryer or curling iron, in any condition. You pay the postage to us; you have 60 days.
Step 3
We ship your new LED
The day your tool arrives we check it's a genuine CROC, then your new LED Titanium 1" goes out — shipping included — with tracking by email.
First year and it stopped working? That's a warranty claim ($25), not a Renew. Bought in the last 12 months from an authorized retailer and it failed on its own: use the warranty page instead. Go to the warranty page.
The terms
Plain and short.
- Final sale
- CROC Renew is final sale — no returns or exchanges once your new LED ships. You tick a box saying so before you pay.
- 60 days to send your tool
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before we receive your old tool, up to 60 days after purchase. We'll remind you at day 30 and day 55. If no tool has reached us by day 60, the order closes and there is no refund.
- Genuine CROC tools only
- If what arrives isn't a genuine CROC tool, we send it back to you and refund $49 ($59 minus $10 return shipping).
- One swap per tool
- One Renew order per tool you send. We keep the old tool. Want to swap two tools? Place two orders.
- Your new LED
- The LED you receive is brand new and carries the normal CROC warranty — we register it for you the day it ships.

Which CROC tools qualify?
Any genuine CROC tool: flat irons, hair dryers and curling irons, any model, any age, any condition — working or not. Tools bought on Amazon, in a salon or from another retailer qualify too.
What do I get?
A brand-new CROC LED Titanium 1" flat iron (retail $129), shipped to you at no extra cost. Every Renew swaps to the LED 1", whatever you send in.
What does it cost?
$59, which includes shipping the new LED to you. You pay the postage to send us your old tool. No codes or sale prices apply to CROC Renew.
Where do I send my old tool?
Your confirmation email has the address in Henderson, Nevada, and asks you to write your order number on a note in the box so we can match it to you.
Can I cancel?
Yes — for a full refund, any time before your old tool reaches us, up to 60 days after purchase. After your tool arrives and the LED ships, the order is final.
My tool is less than a year old and stopped working. Is Renew for me?
No — a manufacturing fault inside the first year is a warranty claim ($25, same model back). Renew is for everything else: out of the first year, damaged, worn out, or bought second-hand.
Can I keep my old tool?
No. The swap is the old tool for the new LED, and we keep what you send in.
