It waste of money it not enough hot to make curly. I paid for returning fee $35 dollar and they didn’t exchange or refund my money they say because of 30 day pass you have to pay again for shipping $15 dollor waste of money $50 for nothing poor customer service. I will not buy again.

I wanted to love this like I love my CROC straightener, but sadly I do not. The clamp will not hold my hair in therefore making it almost impossible to use. After all the trouble the curls will not hold. I wish I could return it.

The customer service is terrible. Due to a design flaw, my brand new iron keeps turning itself off when I try to use the hybrid setting, which was the main reason I purchased it. I had reviewed all policies and looked for any “final sale” mentions when checking out - there were none - and yet the company won’t accept a return or even exchange. Watch out if you aren’t positive the product you order will work as expected!

I love all my Croc tools. I've never had an issue with any of them, and they work exceptionally well (I have two flat irons, a hair dryer, and two curling irons...so far.

I really debated but ultimately decided to buy this iron based on a couple of reviews and videos I saw. I was honestly blown away when I first used it. It feels so soft and silky on my hair and glides through it so nicely. I never realized how much damage my old irons were causing my hair with breakage and pulling. I try not to use heat on my hair more than a couple of times a week to keep it as healthy as I can, but I am so glad I found this product because I feel great about it. Well worth the price and it makes a beautiful curl. Thank you.

I love the CROC curling iron. It doesn't put lines in your hair like most curling irons do. It's so easy to use. I love the CROC products.

The only reason I don’t give it a 5 stars is because the clip doesn’t create pressure on the hair you have to manually press using a glove. Maybe I am using it wrong if I am please let me know.

I really do like this curling iron. It is super easy to use.
The only problem I have with mine it's that, even on the lower setting it gets extremely hot all over.

The best curling iron I have ever used!!! The Croc is way better than the T3 curling iron (which pulls and can burn hair) with Croc, there is NO hair pulling or burning, I get smooth, bouncing curls, I highly recommend Croc.

The curling iron is a great tool, I love that you can adjust the temp for different types of hair the only thing I don’t like is I cannot use the clip. I have thick hair so when I try to use it the clip won’t clamp down all the way. The only way to use it that way is by using very very small pieces of hair. I use it as a wand instead and love the turn out.

Absolutely love how quickly it curls and holds, however, even on the lowest setting it seems to burn my hair a bit which is very thick and coarse.
