The Waiting Room — Member rules
Welcome in. The Waiting Room is a free space for people in beauty to connect, promote their work and see what's next. Keep it professional, keep it kind.
- Everything is reviewed first. Listings, events and posts go live only after we approve them. We may edit for length or clarity, or decline anything that doesn't fit.
- Post your own work. Only share photos you took or have permission to use, and only of people who agreed to be shown. No photos of anyone under 18.
- Be real. Use your real name and business. No fake reviews, no impersonating another stylist, salon or brand.
- Promote, don't spam. One listing per person or business. Event and class posts should be real and upcoming. No repeated posts, pyramid schemes or unrelated products.
- Respect everyone. No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content. Disagree about techniques all you like; keep it about the work.
- Keep private info private. Don't post anyone else's phone, address or personal details.
- You're responsible for what you post. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share it and you let CROC display it on The Waiting Room and CROC's channels, with credit to you. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
- Report problems. See something wrong? Use "Report this listing" or email info@crocofficial.com and we'll look at it.
We can remove any content or listing that breaks these rules. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
